Credits

Any athletes who are unable to get a match will automatically receive a credit for the next event of their choosing. please email us at info@pointmuaythaica.com to confirm your registration. Any athletes that cannot attend and event due to any unforseen circumstance will automatically qualify for a credit or can request a refund.

Our Refund Policy

a full refund can be granted if we are notified at least 3 or more days prior to the event. Refunds are still subject to be given based on extenuating circumstances like: injuries, sickness or illness, and any other unforeseen incidents that might affect an athletes ability to perform. *please note that all refund requests will need to be submitted via email: info@pointmuaythaica.com. We reserve the right to deny any refund requests that are not submitted with 3 business days of the event date.

no shows

no shows who do not contact us, will not be given refund, instead the fee will be donated to our non-profit, where you can support global communities in need to nak muay foundation
